Expressions of Interest now being taken for three new kindergartens to be opened in 2027!
SCECEC has been appointed as the interim Approved Provider for a new kindergarten to be operated on a State School site (KOSS) in Benalla. The new three room service will be built at the Benalla P-12 College - Clarke Street Campus and will begin operations in Term 1 of 2027. We will offer 15 hours per week of fully funded three-year-old kindergarten and 20 hours per week of fully funded four-year-old Pre-Prep to children within the Benalla region. Also in 2027, two new kindergartens will be constructed in the Greater Bendigo area. A two room kindergarten will be co-located with St Peter's Primary School in North Bendigo, and another two room kindergarten will be co-located with the brand new St Thomas Aquinas Primary School to be constructed at Huntly. Both services will offer 15 hours per week of fully funded kindergarten programs to three- and four-year-old children. Further details regarding formal enrolment, Open Days, etc for our new kindergartens will be provided at a date later in the year as the constructions are completed.
